This is a blog for my, Tom Gower’s, miscellaneous thoughts about football, with a concentration on books about football I read. I currently write on miscellaneous NFL-related subjects for Football Outsiders, where I co-wrote the weekly column Scramble for the Ball from 2009 to 2015 and have been a contributor to our annual preview book Football Outsiders Almanac since the 2010 edition.
